Double-Storey Side Extension & Single-Storey Rear Extension

This project involved the complete refurbishment and transformation of the property, including the construction of a new double-storey side extension and a rear single-storey extension.

We carried out all groundworks from the outset, followed by the construction of the blockwork walls to form the new extensions. The project was then taken through to a full internal and external refurbishment, with every aspect carefully considered to create a modern, comfortable and practical home.

Internally, the entire heating system was replaced and upgraded, alongside a complete electrical rewire throughout the property. New windows and doors were installed, with high levels of insulation incorporated as part of the works to improve energy efficiency and comfort.

The internal fit-out included a new kitchen and bathrooms, tiled flooring throughout and underfloor heating, creating a high-quality finish across the newly extended and refurbished areas.

Externally, we completed extensive hard landscaping, including the construction of new patios and associated finishing works, tying the extensions seamlessly into the existing property and garden.

From the initial groundworks and structural construction through to the final finishes, this was a full turnkey refurbishment and extension project, delivering a completely transformed property with significant additional living space and a modern, high-specification finish.
